The front desk expedited my check-in upon my arrival from the us so i could prepare for my event. staff took photos for me and got anything i needed upon request. housekeeping tidied up my room without asking. I appreciated that. i was grateful for the location being near paddington station and hyde park.
i booked a suite but i was given a ground floor accessible room. the rainfall shower was broken, so water fell out of some of the holes. also, the shower screen did not stop water from soaking the rest of the bathroom.

the bathrooms are beautiful with marble features. the hotel provided extras such as robes and slippers. my junior suite felt very spacious and luxurious with a separate sitting area, i appreciated the layout and design.

the location is superb, with easy access to hyde park and nearby underground stations. i appreciated the spacious rooms, particularly the junior suite, which comfortably accommodated my family. the beds were notably comfortable and the couch offered additional space for relaxation. i found the abundance of outlets quite useful for charging multiple devices.
i noticed the absence of hot breakfast options, such as scrambled eggs. the selection was limited to pastries, toasts, and cold items.

Breakfast included pastries, toast, ham, and boiled eggs. there were no hot meal options available. orange juice and milk were occasionally missing, requiring a request to the staff.. this situation could improve with better stock management. the breakfast area was clean and well-kept.

the junior suite featured comfortable carpet and provided ample space to walk around. the bathroom included necessary amenities. two big windows overlooked inverness terrace. the room remained quiet despite its central location. i liked the large bath.

The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. They assisted with luggage and early check-in arrangements. the breakfast staff was warm and cute. daily cleaning services included bed-making and towel changes. staff demonstrated kindness and helpfulness.
